Cowboy Poets!!! Mountain View Gathering set for April 27-28 You won't want to miss the 14th annual Mountain View Cowboy Poets Gathering this April 27 and 28, 2012. This year's event will begin Friday afternoon, April 27, with a show for Mountain View Elementry students at the Mountain View Community Center, followed by a "Supper with the Cowboys" meal and show starting at 5:00 p.m. Two shows are on tap for Saturday, April 28, including a matinee performance at 1:00 p.m., and a Grand Finale Show beginning at 6:00 that evening. Date and Time: April 27th Program starts Friday 1:00 p.m. for Mountain View Elementary Students Supper with the Cowboys at 5 p.m. - Evening show - 7:00 p.m. Student poets read poems - also all Cowboy Poets will perform. April 28th Program: Saturday 10:00 a.m. Mountain View Heathcare Center morning show by volunteer poets. Saturday : 12:00 Noon - Open Mike Saturday : Matinee Performance - 1:OO p.m. Saturday : 4:30: p.m. Free Cowboy Poet Evening meal at Main Event Restaurant - Highway 60 East Saturday : 6:30 p.m. - Grand Finale - All Poets Perform |
